Below is a battle-tested rat control blueprint—the same hyper-focused protocol Jacob uses in Wylie, TX, multifamily units, schools, and commercial properties. It follows strict principles:


Inspect → Identify → Exclude → Remove → Monitor. Skip any step and rats win.

PHASE 1: INSPECTION & HARBORAGE MAPPING

Pro Tip: Rats travel the same 3–5 paths nightly. Find the runways, win the war.
Rats need 3 things: Food, Water, Shelter. Remove one, collapse the triangle.

PHASE 2: EXCLUSION – SEAL LIKE A VAULT

Rats enter through half-inch gaps. Jacob’s construction background = zero tolerance.

We will build in a custom exclusion program tailored to the customers home and specific needs. Every house is different and will require specific exclusion to solve wildlife problems. We will deliver a variety of custom sheet metal techniques to all vulnerabilities at a customer’s home. This will ensure long entry control.

PHASE 3: POPULATION DESTRUCTION

Multi-pronged kill zone – never rely on one tool.

Rotation Rule: Change bait every 48 hours for 14 days to prevent aversion.

PHASE 4: Finish out

At this stage we will paint all metal and trim work to match the customers home color. Our goal is to make it look like we were never there. At the same time preventing critters from making entry in the future.

PHASE 5: MONITOR & MAINTAIN

We suggest continuing with our Matrixx Rodent baiting program to keep rodent populations under control. It is a great compliment to the Matrixx exclusion.
